Contractual Relationship
As a 1099 contractor with arenaflex, you'll be considered an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. You'll be responsible for your own taxes, benefits, and expenses. When you receive your contract, you'll be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
