(Black Diamond, Addepar, Orion, eMoney, MoneyGuide) You will lead client trainings, onboard new users, and run strategic best-practice sessions, turning complex platform capabilities into clear, actionable guidance that makes life easier for advisors and their teams. You will own the day-to-day health of the tech stack by managing integrations, data quality, and escalated issues, while collaborating with internal teams to streamline workflows and advocate for client needs.
