Responsibilities

As a Bilingual (Spanish and English) Licensed Property and Casualty Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Actively listening to customers and asking questions to identify their needs
• Advising on plan options, coverages, and pricing to ensure customers receive the best possible solutions
• Processing new and/or amended enrollments with accuracy and efficiency
• Ensuring clients' customers enjoy authentic and positive experiences through expert customer service
• Delivering exceptional customer experiences with a smile, every time
• Working with both English and Spanish speaking customers to provide tailored advice and support

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry
• An active Personal Lines or Property and Casualty resident insurance license
• The ability to communicate fluently in Spanish and English (a language proficiency test will be required)
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and the ability to adapt to new technologies
• A passion for helping others and a patient, empathetic nature
• The ability to pass a background check
• Residency in the United States or a valid U.S. address for residence

Nice-to-Haves

While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:

• Experience working in a remote environment
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Knowledge of insurance products and services
• Bilingualism in additional languages
