Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in helping our customers navigate their healthcare and insurance plans. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with accurate and empathetic support to resolve their queries and concerns. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound calls and emails from customers regarding their healthcare and insurance plans

  • Provide accurate and empathetic support to resolve customer queries and concerns
  • Offer solutions and alternatives to help customers better understand their coverage and options
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, healthcare)

  • 0-2 years of customer service experience in a healthcare or insurance setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Basic computer skills in Windows-based applications
  • Familiarity with healthcare and insurance terminology (training provided)

Preferred Qualifications

* Part-time or flexible scheduling experience

  • Experience working in a call center or customer-facing role
  • Knowledge of healthcare and insurance regulations (e.g., HIPAA, ACA)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin)
