Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our members, answering their questions, and resolving their concerns. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to member inquiries regarding prescription benefits, medication coverage, and mail-order solutions

  • Provide personalized support to members, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Utilize knowledge and skills to educate members about their benefits and options, empowering them to make informed decisions about their healthcare
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with members in a patient, supportive manner
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field

  • Familiarity with healthcare industry terminology and concepts
  • Strong knowledge of prescription benefits, medication coverage, and mail-order solutions
  • Experience working in a call center or customer-facing environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
