- Direct involvement in new deployments of Oracle’s Retail MOM Suite across fast‑growing global divisions
What You’ll Do In this position, you’ll play a key role in building and evolving the Engineering foundation that powers our SAFe-based Agile Release Train (ART). You’ll:
- Lead our Tech Stack Admin team and collaborate across all our engineering teams, developers, and enterprise shared services
- Provide applicable functional and technical expertise across the MOM Engineering functions
- Improve Engineering patterns, tooling, integration, and infrastructure to elevate speed, quality, and stability
- Drive continuous improvement through metrics, measurement, and engineering talent development
- Mentor others to strengthen Engineering awareness and best practices across the organization
What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years of hands-on IT Manager & applicable engineering experience
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and communicate complex concepts clearly
- Experience collaborating across large, global organizations with a demonstrated drive for results
- A successful record of talent and performance management
- Bachelor’s degree in technology, information systems, or equivalent experience
Preferred Technical Skills:
- ORACLE database, platform, tools/technologies
- DevOps & Test Automation tools/technologies
