Position Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex members via phone, email, or chat. You will be the first point of contact for our members, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
