Job Summary

As a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via inbound messages in German. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating a unique experience for each individual customer. Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via inbound messages in German, providing timely and effective solutions to their issues

  • Identify and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide a seamless customer experience
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's music streaming services and products
  • Provide web messaging support to 3-5 customers at the same time, using your excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices

Requirements

* Professional/business level proficiency in German and English

  • 1+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in a remote or virtual environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MSQ security software and 2FA app
  • Access to a dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above, as well as a stable broadband internet connection of 25 MBS or greater
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the music streaming industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working with customers in multiple languages and cultures
