Job Responsibilities

As a bilingual customer service representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering phone calls, emails, and live chat from customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and effective way
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management
  • Following up on complicated customer interactions to ensure a positive outcome
  • Recording details of customer interactions accurately and efficiently
  • Developing rapport with customers through friendly, upbeat, and positive interactions
  • Offering solutions, not excuses, to resolve customer issues

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1 year of customer service-related experience (preferably in a call center environment)
  • Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening tabs
  • Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills
  • Fluency in English and Korean (written and spoken)
  • Residency in one of the following states: Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, or Utah

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, we're looking for candidates with:

  • 1 year of call center experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to engage and tailor interactions with each customer to create an exceptional experience
  • Friendly, confident, and self-starting attitude
  • Positive and quick troubleshooter
