Role Overview As a Financial Service Client Representative, you'll work closely with our leadership team to support their efforts in growing our client base. This is a business development role, not a telemarketing position. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Booking client meetings and developing relationships with clients * Managing accounts and ensuring our clients are well-served * Consolidating accounts and keeping information confidential * Facilitating the collection of necessary statements/documents to transfer accounts to other accounts * Tracking the transfer process to ensure accurate and efficient cost basis transfer * Working with our operations team to facilitate the transfer process and track the status of each account transfer * Maintaining relationships with existing clients and hunting for new clients Key Responsibilities * Support the onboarding process for new clients and manage accounts * Work with clients to ensure their dashboard accurately collects all relevant personal and financial information * Consolidate accounts and keep information confidential * Facilitate the collection of necessary statements/documents to transfer accounts to other accounts * Track the transfer process to ensure accurate and efficient cost basis transfer * Work with the operations team to facilitate the transfer process and track the status of each account transfer * Maintain relationships with existing clients and hunt for new clients Essential Qualifications * Business Development and Account Management experience (A+) * Willingness to obtain a license or already having a license (A+) * Enjoy client services and create meaningful relationships with clients * Customer service skillset, sales background, and past remote work experience * Self-starter, independent, and entrepreneur-minded * Ability to act thoughtfully with teams across the company to articulate recommendations * Impeccable follow-through for clients, the executive team, and cross-functional teams * Outgoing personality and ability to adjust communication style based on prospects/clients needs and attitude * Entry-level for transferrable skills for a Financial Service Client Representative * Must be at least 18 years old Preferred Qualifications * Experience in the financial services industry * Familiarity with investment, retirement planning, and financial services * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines * Proficiency in CRM software and other financial tools Working at arenaflex arenaflex is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, committed to building a diverse and inclusive culture that celebrates authenticity.
