Job Summary Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a passionate and creative Virtual Online Art Teacher – Beginner Level to join our remote education team. In this role, you will be responsible for introducing foundational art techniques to students of all ages, particularly children and beginners. Key Responsibilities

Deliver live, interactive online art classes for beginner-level students using tools like Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.

Design and prepare engaging lesson plans that cover basic drawing, coloring, and painting techniques.

Adapt teaching style to meet the needs of different age groups and learning speeds.

Encourage creativity and expression while maintaining a structured approach to learning.

Provide feedback on student progress, assign creative tasks, and suggest improvement areas.

Use virtual teaching tools such as screen sharing, digital whiteboards, and breakout rooms effectively.

Foster a supportive, inclusive, and enjoyable online learning environment.

Collaborate with the curriculum team to enhance and update course materials.

• Required Skills and Qualifications
• *

Basic understanding of art techniques including drawing, sketching, coloring, and painting.

• *

Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills in English.

• *

Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, encouraging attitude.

Ability to use digital platforms confidently (Zoom, Google Meet, Canva, etc.).

Organized and punctual with a reliable internet connection and quiet teaching environment.

A degree in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, Art Education or relevant certifications is a plus (not mandatory).

• Experience
• *

Minimum 1 year of teaching, tutoring, or facilitation experience preferred (online or offline).

Freshers with strong art portfolios and a passion for teaching are also encouraged to apply.

Experience working with children, beginners, or community art groups will be an added advantage.

• Working Hours

Flexible part-time schedule: 2 to 4 hours per day

Classes typically scheduled during weekday evenings and weekends to accommodate students availability
