Experienced Customer Service Representative – Overnight (WFH Illinois) – Mount Prospect, IL

As a key member of our Inbound Pharmacy Service team, you'll be responsible for handling high-volume calls from patients, resolving their questions and concerns, and ensuring timely delivery of their medications. Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling high-volume calls from patients, resolving their questions and concerns, and ensuring timely delivery of their medications
• Providing excellent customer service with empathy, while resolving patients' questions on the first call
• Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of patient issues
• Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

* 1+ year of customer service experience

• 6+ months of high call center experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another application
• Must live within 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL
• COVID-19 vaccination requirement (with approved reasonable accommodation)

Preferred Qualifications:

* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone

• Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, prescriptions
• Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

Training Schedule:

* Monday through Friday, 9:00am EST to 5:00pm EST (training schedule)

• Monday through Sunday, 9:00pm EST to 9:00am (overnight shift schedule)

Pay Range:

* Minimum: $17.02

• Maximum: $27.16
• Actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location
