Sponsorship Closer
Description: 4.13 Glory is a Christian event - We're seeking a high-performing Sponsorship Closer to secure brand partnerships for a multi-state women’s faith + mental health conference tour (NYC, NC, GA). This is a remote, commission-based role ideal for someone confident in outreach, pitching, and closing deals with aligned brands. Responsibilities:
- Identify and outreach to aligned sponsors (Christian organizations, wellness brands, therapy platforms, beauty/self-care brands)
- Pitch sponsorship opportunities for a 3-city conference tour
- Build and manage sponsor pipeline
- Negotiate and close sponsorship deals
- Collaborate on sponsorship deck and offer positioning
- Maintain professional communication with all partners
Compensation:
- Commission-based (10–20% per deal closed)
- High earning potential based on performance
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong sales or partnership background
- Confident communicator (email + virtual pitching)
- Self-starter who does not require micromanagement
- Experience securing brand deals, sponsorships, or partnerships preferred
- Aligned with faith-based and wellness spaces
