As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex, working closely with clients to resolve their queries, concerns, and technical issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Specialist for voice and chat account at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to inquiries and complaints from customers via voice calls and/or chat, providing prompt, courteous, and professional service to all clients
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department, ensuring seamless issue resolution
  • Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and transactions, providing valuable insights for process improvement
  • Collaborating with the customer support team to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicating these to the team, driving continuous improvement and innovation
  • Utilizing customer support software (e.g. Gorgias, etc.) to streamline processes and enhance client engagement
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex's products and services to provide expert guidance and support

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Native Speaker level proficiency in Filipino and English, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communication)
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving complex issues
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using customer support software (e.g. Gorgias, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving
