Allstate Insurance Inbound Sales Rep

The Honolulu branch of The Ellgren Agency is looking for a professional Inbound Sales Representative to join our high-performing team. Youll help grow our business by identifying opportunities to enhance coverage for existing clients while delivering excellent customer service. • Base salary starting at $40,000
• First-year total earnings typically range from $60,000$80,000
• Top performers may earn up to $120,000, depending on production and results

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
• Prepare and issue insurance documents promptly and accurately.
• Ensure policy changes are processed accurately and in compliance with regulations.
• Conducts timely follow-up communication with clients to address inquiries and concerns.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional products to existing clients through inbound calls.
• Implement retention strategies to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
