Bilingual Medical VA / Patient Care Coordinator / Receptionist / PR-1

Bilingual Medical VA / Receptionist with U.S. Healthcare Experience Remote | Part-Time | 30 Hours/Week | $9/hour We are hiring a Bilingual Medical VA / Receptionist to support a busy endocrinology clinic serving both English- and Spanish-speaking patients. This role is best suited for someone with strong U.S. healthcare experience, a polished and professional phone presence, and confidence handling patient coordination, scheduling, receptionist duties, and high-volume calls in a fast-paced medical setting.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound patient calls
• Support scheduling, follow-ups, and patient coordination
• Serve as the clinic’s remote receptionist and front-office support
• Provide bilingual English-Spanish patient communication
• Assist with prior authorizations, referrals, and general admin workflows
• Support chart prep and other clinic coordination tasks as needed

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• At least 6 months of Medical VA experience supporting U.S. clinics or U.S. healthcare
• Strong experience with patient coordination, scheduling, and high-volume phone support
• Professional, organized, and dependable
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced medical environment
• iPhone users only , client-specific requirement

Preferred

• Experience in a receptionist, medical front desk, or Medical VA role
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems
• Experience with live scribing is a plus
