Responsibilities and Duties
As a remote chat representative for arenaflex titleist.com, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to golf enthusiasts and enthusiasts-to-be
- Sharing your passion for Titleist products and golf expertise with customers
- Engaging with customers in a friendly, empathetic, and knowledgeable manner
- Comparing and analyzing competitor products to ensure customers make informed decisions
- Utilizing Titleist Golf equipment to provide expert advice and guidance
- Familiarity with the Titleist site and related media/searches
- Comfortable showing empathy to customers in stressful situations
- An unwavering commitment to continuous improvement and performance excellence
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years of golf experience
- Knowledge of the Titleist product line
- Golf club fitting experience
- Familiarity with top component brands
- Ability to engage and inspire dedicated golfers with Titleist brand and product knowledge
- Ability to explain concepts at the customer's knowledge level
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to type at least 35 wpm with a strong ability to communicate clearly in text form
- A desktop or laptop with Chrome browser (tablets and other mobile devices are not compatible at this time)
- Stable internet connection (we suggest at least a consistent 10mbps)
- Reliable sound output (this can either be through built-in computer speakers or third-party speakers or headsets)
