The Role:

Handle insurance defense litigation matters from inception through resolution
Work on a mix of general liability / tort-based defense cases
Take and defend depositions, attend hearings, manage discovery, and prepare matters for trial
Play an active role in case strategy, evaluation, and client reporting
Work closely with experienced litigators on more complex matters as needed
