We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive, you will drive qualified pipeline growth and revenue in the U.S. mid-market and enterprise segments (ACV $20K–$40K). You’ll engage VP- and Director-level decision-makers in Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations, conducting personalized demos and closing deals remotely. This is a fast-paced, growth-driven role for a self-starter who wants to build a long-term career with a U.S.-focused AI company, eventually managing territory-based expansion and traveling to U.S. regions. Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and engage U.S.-based leads using client's own automation tools.
  • Execute multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls, video messages) with strong personalization.
  • Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and follow-ups to convert qualified leads into paying customers.
  • Manage a deal pipeline of $20K–$40K ACV SaaS opportunities and consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and RevOps teams to refine ICPs, messaging, and campaign strategy.
  • Maintain detailed CRM hygiene and reporting accuracy across all interactions.
  • Share feedback to help continuously evolve product-market fit and outbound strategies.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5–7 years of SaaS sales experience targeting the U.S. market.
  • Proven track record of success with $20K–$40K ACV SaaS deals.
  • Deep understanding of Sales & Marketing tech ecosystems, including CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce), enablement, and RevOps tools.
  • Knowledge of ICP definition, triggers, and sales psychology—you know what gets VPs of Sales and CMOs to say yes.
  • Strong cold outreach expertise, able to write crisp, targeted, and engaging messages.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills—clear, confident, and articulate on video and calls.
  • Active LinkedIn presence and comfort engaging prospects publicly and privately.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger, or Sandler preferred.
  • Bonus: Background selling into sales enablement, marketing automation, or CRM-related sectors.
