Email Copywriter for Property Owner Campaigns
Hi, I’m looking for an experienced copywriter specialised in high-converting email marketing for the short-term rental / property management industry. We manage premium holiday rentals across the Algarve through [Universe Holidays](https://universeholidays.pt?utm_source=chatgpt.com) and we already have a large database of property owners with active short-term rental licences (we already have their names and email addresses). The objective is to create:
- Cold email sequences
- Warm follow-up emails
- Pain-point driven emails focused on poor management, low revenue, bad guest experience, lack of communication, and operational stress for owners
- High-converting CTAs leading to our landing page
The emails must feel premium, trustworthy and sophisticated — aimed mainly at:
- Portuguese property owners (around 70%)
- International owners in the Algarve (around 30%)
Important:
- We are not looking for generic AI-style copy
- We want psychologically strong copy focused on conversions and lead generation
- Experience in real estate, Airbnb/property management, hospitality or luxury services is highly preferred
- Understanding of direct response marketing is a big plus
