Now we are looking for a KYB Team Lead to drive our team’s performance and ensure high operational standards across our global KYB department. This role is an exciting opportunity to take real ownership of team development in a truly global, remote-first environment with a direct impact on our international growth.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Improving the team’s performance.

  • Planning trainings and future team events.

  • Analyzing performance and statistical data for each team member and working with that data

    ensuring the team follows departmental and company-wide rules and standards.

  • Supporting the Head of KYB in other areas and participating in additional projects as needed.

About You

  • Exceptional English proficiency (written and verbal) is essential; additional languages would be a plus.

  • Proven experience in team leadership, mentoring, or supervisory roles.

  • Strong soft skills.

  • Hard skills, including analytical knowledge (Excel, Google spreadsheets) and/or technical skills/basic knowledge.

  • Open to working rotating shifts (morning/evening, to be agreed with the second Team Lead). Starting hours between 4-7am UTC

  • Experience in the corporate segment (working with legal entities), which would be an advantage, but is not mandatory (we will provide a comprehensive training on KYB).

  • Experience in KYB, KYC, or corporate onboarding/ACAMS, CAMS, ICA, or similar AML certification would be a heavy plus.
