Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Business Analyst to join our Workforce Activities & Operations Management team at arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading task groups of experts and partners, performing data gathering and analysis, and developing solutions to drive business growth and improvement. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead task groups of experts and partners to drive business growth and improvement
- Perform data gathering and analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance business operations and efficiency
- Create and present reports to senior leadership and stakeholders to inform business decisions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance and knowledge
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement business strategies and initiatives
- Analyze and interpret data to inform business decisions and drive growth
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a field related to business analysis, operations management, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, operations management, or a related field
- Strong background in data analysis and interpretation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Experience with process improvement and change management
Preferred Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in business analysis, operations management, or a related field
- Experience working in a retail or field-based environment
- Strong knowledge of ASDS and store operations
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools
- Certification in business analysis or operations management
