What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for data and reporting needs
- Extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources using SQL and other data querying tools
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or Thoughtspot
- Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to support strategic planning and operational efficiency
- Perform data validation and quality assurance testing to ensure accuracy of BI deliverables
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Business Analytics or Business Intelligence roles
- 3+ years of experience working with healthcare data, including claims and pharmacy data
- Proficiency in SQL and data profiling tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools
- Familiarity with Real World Data or Healthcare data
- Basic proficiency in SQL or Python for data analysis
