1099 FREIGHT BROKER AGENT – FTL / PTL / LTL SALES ROLE (REMOTE)
Job Description: We are seeking experienced freight sales professionals who want to operate like independent business owners—without dealing with operations, dispatch, customer service, or back-office work. This is a true sales-only 1099 opportunity inside a fully supported freight brokerage. You focus on selling. We handle everything else. What You’ll Do
- Build and grow shipper relationships
- Develop new freight accounts
- Quote, price, and close freight opportunities
- Manage your own sales pipeline
- Grow your personal book of business

Compensation
- 50% commission on gross margin for 12 months
- 5% trailing commission for the life of the account while active under your management - offered as an opt in or out.
