Senior Applications Consultant – Finance – Remote (US)

We are partnering with a well-established consulting and enterprise software firm to find a Senior Applications Consultant – Finance who is passionate about helping manufacturing businesses transform through ERP solutions. • Translate business requirements into practical ERP solutions
• Lead and support implementations of Visual ERP and related systems
• Provide hands-on consulting, training, and system optimization for clients
• Troubleshoot system issues and deliver ongoing support
• Partner with internal and client teams to drive project success
• Improve customer processes through automation and efficiency initiatives
• Deliver financial insights, reporting, and system recommendations
• Manage multiple projects while meeting delivery and billing expectations

• Confident communication with stakeholders at all levels, including executives

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of experience in a financial leadership role such as Controller within a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and forecasting
• Hands-on experience with Visual ERP is required
• Experience with ERP implementation or support in a manufacturing setting
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and multitasking skills
• Confidence working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA or CMA is a plus

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL or reporting tools
• Prior consulting experience
• Familiarity with process improvement and automation initiatives

Compensation and work setup

• Salary: $90,000 to $110,000 annually
• Location: Fully remote within the United States
• Employment type: Full-time
• Travel: Up to 50 to 60% within the USA
• Schedule: 40 hours per week
