This contractor role involves leveraging hands-on Salesforce experience to drive workflow efficiency, data accuracy, and insightful reporting. As a remote worker, you will play a vital part in developing and maintaining high-quality CRM data and processes for AI training initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Salesforce daily to manage and update leads, opportunities, and customer records with precision
- Ensure CRM data integrity through accurate data entry, validation, and regular audits
- Navigate Salesforce workflows and optimize day-to-day processes for team effectiveness
- Create and analyze reports to drive business insights and inform decision-making
- Develop and maintain high-quality CRM data and processes for AI training initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Salesforce CRM management expertise
- Proficiency in Salesforce navigation, reporting, and dashboards
- Data entry and validation skills with attention to detail
