Job Summary

As a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our operations by accurately and efficiently entering and retrieving information from our computer systems. You'll work closely with our team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of our records, files, and reservations. Key Responsibilities

* Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems

• Transmit information or documents using a computer
• Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats (e.g., small print)
• Enter and retrieve information contained in computer databases using a keyboard, mouse, or trackball to update records, files, reservations, and answer inquiries from guests
• Verify information in documents or on computer screens, including text, printed forms, and lists for accuracy and completeness
• Operate standard office equipment other than computers, such as telephone, typewriter, fax, photocopier, calculator, and electronic peripherals
• Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

• 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Familiarity with computer systems and software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a hospitality or customer service environment

• Knowledge of point of sale systems and software applications
• Familiarity with data entry software and systems (e.g., Excel, Access)
• Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
• Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus

Compensation and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 to $24 per hour. Washington applicants will accrue 0.03334 PTO balance for every hour worked and are eligible to receive a minimum of 7 holidays annually. Benefits are subject to terms and conditions, which may include rules regarding eligibility, enrollment, waiting period, contribution, benefit limits, election changes, benefit exclusions, and others.
