Experienced Remote Chat Agent – Customer Support & Sales Team Collaboration

Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Chat Agent, you will be responsible for:
* Responding to new customers in a timely manner, answering questions about arenaflex, our products, website, handouts, and health information.
* Sending possible leads to the New Sales Team, ensuring seamless handoffs and follow-ups.
* Assisting in setting up new Preferred Customer accounts online upon request from the customer, providing a smooth onboarding experience.
* Sending tickets to the correct departments, ensuring efficient issue resolution and minimizing delays.
* Supporting the New Sales team by contacting customers and resolving their concerns as needed, building strong relationships and driving sales growth.
* Supporting customers in placing their first order, providing personalized guidance and assistance.
* Successfully training and drilling with the Digital New Sales Manager to perform to one's highest potential, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
* Attending all local staff meetings, department meetings, and team meetings weekly, staying informed and engaged with the team.
Preferred Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who possess:
* Excellent typing skills, with a minimum of 50+ words per minute.
* Strong multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously.
* A professional attitude, with a customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
* A proactive and results-driven mindset, with a focus on driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Schedule and Compensation
The schedule for this position is Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with pay at $15 per hour plus commissions. We offer a competitive compensation package, with opportunities for growth and advancement.
