Sales Associate — Healthcare SaaS (Remote)

- We’re hiring a Sales Associate to help turn interest into opportunity — working closely with marketing the executive team to engage prospects and grow our pipeline.
- What You’ll Do*
• Engage inbound and outbound leads
- Partner with marketing on campaigns and follow-up
- Schedule discovery calls and demos
- Maintain CRM and pipeline accuracy
- Represent Innova at events
- Gather field feedback to improve product development and messaging
- What We’re Looking For*
• Sales, business development, or healthcare experience (SaaS a plus)
- Strong communicator and relationship builder
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a startup environment
- Interest in post-acute care and healthcare innovation
