Key Responsibilities

As an Email and Chat Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch support to our customers across LATAM. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via email and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Utilizing CRM systems and ticketing systems to track and manage customer interactions
  • Documenting important details and customer interactions in a clear and concise manner
  • Collaborating with team members to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participating in weekly meetings to discuss team performance, share best practices, and receive feedback

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent grammar and writing skills in English and Spanish
  • High reading comprehension skills in English and Spanish
  • Experience working with CRM systems and ticketing systems
  • Ability to document important details and customer interactions
  • Openness to learning and thriving in a dynamic team environment
  • Availability to attend a weekly meeting for 30 minutes and work a 6-hour shift with a daily 30-minute break (paid)

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, hospitality or hotel experience is a plus. If you have experience in the customer service industry, particularly in a fast-paced environment, you'll be well-suited for this role.
