Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for providing analytical support to various business functions, identifying areas for improvement, and developing data-driven solutions to drive business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business data, identify trends and patterns, and develop recommendations to improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities

* Pre-and post-examination of client programs, business initiatives, new product launches, operational changes, and marketing campaigns to assist the business in making informed decisions.

• Investigate the execution of various pilot projects while following a testing methodology (e.g., A/B Testing).
• Maintain and update required tools based on business needs, such as BPM or Course Planning models.
• Identify errors, irregularities, and gaps in reporting and processes and provide solutions.
• Proactively search for patterns and trends in the data to identify areas for improvement or opportunities for growth.
• Support the development and improvement of Coke Florida tools to drive financial targets based on top-line to bottom-line switches with continued development of value chain capabilities.
• Model business scenarios based on analyzed data and business needs/requirements.
• Provide ad-hoc analyses and reporting as needed, and develop executive-level presentations and reports.
• Any remaining related and assigned responsibilities.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, or Operations with a focus on analysis, modeling, or forecasting.
• Experience in Management Consulting or Engineering is highly desirable.
• Strong Excel skills - formulas, VLookups, with modeling capabilities.
• Strong data analysis skills, including data visualization through Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
• Proficient in other MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Access, Word, Visio).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of Income Statement and Balance Sheet.
• Ability to balance long-term and short-term needs, managing multiple complex projects.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and support various stakeholders.
• Strong change management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to exhibit entrepreneurial thinking to drive growth in overall business framework.
• Commitment to continuous improvement.

Desirable Skills

* Advanced Excel skills, including Visual Basic, simulations, solver, and SQL.

• Quantitative analysis using R or similar tool.
• Knowledge of Edge Mind (Notable Intelligent Digger) or other data mining/sales reporting tools.
• Knowledge of SharePoint.
• Functional understanding of sales, delivery, warehouse, production processes.
• Project management or support experience.
