Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Processing customer transactions, including ticketing, rebooking, and refunds
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, including customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends, policies, and procedures to provide informed and accurate information to customers
What You'll Need:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Bilingual language skills (English and Spanish) preferred
- Valid driver's license and ability to obtain airport security clearance
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Proficiency in Sabre or other travel management systems (desired)
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Working knowledge of travel industry software and systems
- Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Certification in customer service or a related field (desired)
