Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Virtual Team Lead Development Program. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, collaborating with management teams, and developing the skills and knowledge needed to become a successful team lead. This is a 100% remote position, and we're looking for coachable and competitive individuals who are eager to fast-track their careers into leadership roles.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative in our Virtual Team Lead Development Program, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- Book appointments with clients to discuss their coverage options
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner, while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with arenaflex's customer service policies
- Participate in training and development programs to develop your skills and knowledge
- Work closely with management teams to develop and implement effective customer service strategies
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A working computer with a camera for Zoom
- A flexible schedule that allows you to work from home
- Good people skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and management teams
