The Role

As a Customer Service Advocate at arenaflex, you'll be part of our national remote team, working from anywhere within the U.S. You'll be responsible for guiding the development and support of Provider Networks, as well as unit cost management activities through financial and network pricing modeling, analysis, and reporting. You'll work closely with our network management team to ensure that our Provider Networks are operating efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

* Guide the development and support of Provider Networks

  • Conduct financial and network pricing modeling, analysis, and reporting
  • Collaborate with the network management team to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve network performance
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our Provider Network partners
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a customer service or network management role

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Experience with financial and network pricing modeling, analysis, and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, healthcare administration)

  • Experience working in a healthcare organization
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
  • Certification in a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative)
