Job Summary

As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support via live chat on our clients' websites and social media accounts. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with their queries, concerns, and feedback. Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on websites and social media accounts

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, resolving their issues and concerns
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support agents or management as needed
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and customer support best practices

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications, business) preferred

  • 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer bases
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in using live chat software and social media platforms
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access live chat functions (phone, tablet, laptop)
  • Availability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week, with flexibility to work more hours as needed
