Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative for arenaflex, you'll be an essential part of our team, providing exemplary service to our customers and ensuring a seamless travel experience. You'll handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers regarding various inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our services, policies, and procedures. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers regarding reservations, flight status, baggage inquiries, and other general inquiries.

  • Assist customers with booking, changing, or canceling flights as per their requirements.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, aiming for first-call resolution.
  • Provide information about arenaflex's services, policies, and procedures to customers.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient handling of customer requests and issues.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry practices and arenaflex's policies and procedures.

Essential Qualifications
