- Break down complex situations and find the real opportunity
- Build rapport quickly — and maintain it over multiple touchpoints
- Analyze deals (ARV, comps, rehab, creative structures)
- Negotiate and lock up contracts
- Stay on top of follow-up like your income depends on it (because it does)
