- Contribute to the achievement of sales targets by supporting the SSB Hospitality Sales team, including performing tasks related to customer and order management (e.g. Billing, Reporting, Shipments, Communications)
- Support order entry functions, including electronic orders, reviews orders for accuracy; works with factory CSR and Credit Analyst to release orders for production. Interact with Operations/Factory associates to ensure order fulfillment and serve as liaison to plants to communicate delivery requirements.
- Communicates critical terms and conditions of sales orders and any other special issues related to accounts or transactions to all stakeholders
- Review "credit hold" reports; work with the credit department to research and solve problems.
- Review daily order metrics for accuracy of orders entered by the sales reps.
- Maintains current knowledge of SSB Hospitality products, services, and marketing techniques, ordering procedures and pricing schedules.
- Assist sales reps with various admin duties (e.g. Account set up, Plant liaison, Order amendments)
- Work in tandem with other coordinators to manage general hospitality inbox emails.
- Performs related and ad-hoc duties as assigned by leadership.
What You'll Bring:
- 2+ years of customer service experience (hospitality preferred)
- Excellent customer service and account management skills employing attention to detail
- Proficient with problem identification and conflict resolution
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; especially Excel
- Detail-oriented; a high degree of accuracy is required
- Problem solving and Critical Thinking
- Associate’s degree is a plus, but not required
