Founding Trainer - Roll/State
Roll/State is back! We originally built this in Los Angeles pre-COVID — with a studio ready to open in West Hollywood before everything paused. Now we’re relaunching digitally first, focused on recovery, mobility, and a more elevated way people reset and train their bodies. Looking for a founding lead trainer to step into this next chapter. (Must live in California) Someone who:
- Has a strong foundation in mobility /recovery (ie: stretching, foam rolling)
- Is confident on camera and comfortable leading content
- Has an active social presence and understands how to connect with people
- Wants to be actively involved in shaping Roll/State as it grows, helping build its presence and community over time
Comp: flat shoot rate + performance-based commission, with optional opportunities to take on a larger role as the brand expands.
