Revenue Collection Representative I

Timely and Accurate Revenue Collection: The Revenue Collection Representative I will be responsible for collecting revenue from customers in a timely and accurate manner. This includes processing payments, managing accounts, and following up on delinquent payments. Customer Service: As a customer-focused company, PPL Corp expects the Revenue Collection Representative I to provide exceptional service to our customers. This includes answering inquiries, resolving billing issues, and addressing customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Financial Reporting: The Revenue Collection Representative I will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of revenue collected and producing regular reports to track and analyze revenue trends. They will also be expected to identify and report any discrepancies or variances in revenue collection. Compliance: It is essential for the Revenue Collection Representative I to adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to revenue collection. This includes maintaining confidentiality and following proper procedures for handling sensitive customer information.
