The Role We’re on the hunt for a creative and passionate Technical Artist / Motion Designer who loves creating super kick ass content, particle systems, and bringing digital experiences to life. Whether you’re into full-time gigs or freelance flexibility, let’s talk. What You’ll Be Doing (And Who We’re Looking For)
- Art & Motion Direction: Lead the visual development and motion language of projects across immersive, interactive and experiential formats.
- 3D & Motion Design: Animate, design, and render using Blender, Cinema4D, or Houdini, creating polished motion sequences and responsive visuals.
- Real-Time Expertise: Design and direct scenes with our team of creative technologists mainly in Unreal Engine, Unity, Notch, or TouchDesigner
- Creative Collaboration: Work side by side with developers, technologists, and creative teams to build cohesive, immersive experiences.
- Tinkerer's Mindset: Research, experiment, and explore unconventional approaches. If you’re not breaking things, you’re not pushing far enough.
Ideal Skills & Background
- Deep hands-on experience with either Blender, Cinema4D, Maya, 3D Max. Unreal Engine, real-time VFX, particle systems, and custom shaders are a plus.
- Strong portfolio of 3d/motion work and immersive/interactive projects.
- Solid grasp of animation principles, design systems, and visual storytelling
- Experience in creative direction, motion pipelines, and delivering for multi-platform or physical environments
- Familiarity with Notch, TouchDesigner, or other real-time VJ/design tools is a plus
- Presenting ideas internally and externally.
