Instructional Designer (Project management, Tracking) Hybrid -San Bruno, CA

Description: Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and innovative Instructional Designer to develop comprehensive learning paths and certifications for the Client Connect Academy advertiser learning platform. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of online advertising, digital marketing, Client's Connect, and the Connect Academy platform. They will be responsible for creating engaging, easy-to-understand, and effective learning materials that empower our users to leverage the full potential of the Connect Academy for their advertising learning needs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop a thorough understanding of the Client's Connect Academy, its features, and functionalities. 2. Work extensively with cross-functional stakeholders and subject matter experts to design and create learning paths and certifications tailored to various user segments/audiences and ensure content accuracy and relevance. 4. Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create engaging, interactive, and effective learning materials, including eCourses, videos, tutorials, and written guides. 5. Regularly review and update learning paths to ensure they remain current with the latest Connect Academy features and industry best practices. 6. Evaluate the effectiveness of the learning paths through learner feedback and performance metrics, and make necessary improvements. 7. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the learning paths and drive user adoption. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field. 2. 3+ years experience in instructional design with Rise360 and Intellum Evolve, and preferably with a focus on digital marketing or online advertising learning platforms. 3. Knowledge of the Connect Academy and its features, and a strong willingness to learn. 4. Proven ability to design engaging, interactive, and effective learning materials for diverse audiences. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 6. Strong program and project management with exceptional organizational skills. 7. Prior experience with e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems.
