Join Aya Healthcare, winner of multiple Top Workplace awards!The Regional Director, Provider Solutions will be responsible for creating relationships with hospitals and healthcare systems and winning new business. He or she will focus on strategically selected key accounts that are not currently contracted with Aya Healthcare. The Regional Director, Provider Solutions will excel in helping healthcare organizations solve their clinical labor challenges by leveraging Aya Healthcare's suite of highly differentiated services and software, significantly impacting both new clients and the healthcare staffing industry. When you join Aya, you'll be surrounded by teammates who care about you as an individual and leaders who will help you grow both personally and professionally.Responsibilities: Develop and cultivate relationships that result in new contracts for Aya HealthcareConvey Aya Healthcare's unique value proposition to key decision makers within potential new hospital accounts in order to secure new Locum Tenens businessIdentify and contact healthcare organizations in order to win their businessPersistently use traditional and creative methods to reach new points of contact at current clients to sell and maintain Locum Tenens servicesContinuously generate client leads using high volume calls and emailsCultivate and maintain valuable relationships with prospective clientsGenerate leads through various channels, strategic planning and referralsRenegotiate contracts with healthcare facilities resulting in mutually beneficial termsStrive for continuous improvement and career advancementRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree (direct industry experience can be substituted)Direct relevant experience in Locum Tenens staffing, preferredProven success in a sales metrics driven environmentAt least 7 years as a top producer in a sales positionClient centered mentality and passion for customer serviceAbility to relate to a variety of people and sustain meaningful relationshipsStrong motivation to achieve results and meet goals What We Offer: Free premium medical, dental, life and vision insurance Generous 401(k) match Aya also offers other benefits to those that are eligible and where required by applicable law, including reimbursements and discretionary bonuses Aya provides paid sick leave in accordance with all applicable state, federal, and local laws. Virtual yoga, meditation or boot camp classes offered daily Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $48.07 to $52.88 hourly, which equates to $100,000 to $110,000 annually, plus commissions. The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position.
