Email Deliverability & Cold Email Marketing Expert,DNS SPDF DMARK (Instantly.ai, Lemlist, Smartlead)

We are looking to hire a highly skilled Cold Email Marketing Expert / Cold Email Outreach Expert with a strong focus on Email Deliverability. You will be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing cold email campaigns while ensuring maximum inbox placement and domain health. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with tools like Instantly.ai Expert, Instantly, Lemlist, Woodpecker, Smartlead, Apollo, Clay, MailWizz, Warmbox, ClickMagick, and Gmail Postmaster. You should also be confident in handling technical setups including DNS, DMARC, DKIM, SPF, and MX records. Key Responsibilities: ✔ Set up and manage cold email campaigns using Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead, and Woodpecker ✔ Build and verify lead lists using Apollo and Clay ✔ Configure and optimize DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX) for better deliverability ✔ Warm up domains and inboxes using Warmbox or similar tools ✔ Monitor and improve inbox placement using Gmail Postmaster and other tools ✔ Track and optimize campaigns using ClickMagick ✔ Write and test high-converting cold email copy Requirements: ✔ Proven experience as a Cold Email Expert / Cold Email Marketing Expert ✔ Strong understanding of Email Deliverability best practices ✔ Hands-on experience with Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead, Apollo, Clay, and MailWizz ✔ Technical expertise in DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX setup ✔ Ability to troubleshoot deliverability issues and improve performance metrics Bonus: ✔ Experience scaling cold email systems ✔ Familiarity with advanced personalization and automation tools Important (Application Instruction): To ensure your proposal is reviewed by the hiring team, please write the name of your favorite color at the top of your proposal.
