About the Role

PlanITROI is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and action-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of our digital marketing and communications initiatives. This role is ideal for an early-career professional (2–4 years of experience) who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys turning direction into action. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to execute campaigns, support lead generation efforts, and ensure marketing initiatives are delivered accurately and on time. If you take pride in getting things done, staying organized, and following through on priorities — this role is for you! Responsibilities: Campaign & Marketing Execution

  • Support and coordinate digital marketing campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Manage campaign tasks to ensure timelines and deliverables are met
  • Launch and coordinate outbound email campaigns and content distribution
  • Support lead generation initiatives through campaign coordination, research, and follow-up activities
  • Conduct research to support targeting, messaging, and campaign initiatives

Content & Digital Assets

  • Create and format marketing assets, including social media posts, presentations, and basic graphics
  • Manage and schedule content across digital platforms
  • Ensure all content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand standards

Project Coordination & Organization

  • Coordinate marketing projects and ensure tasks are completed with strong follow-up and attention to detail
  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a structured and organized way
  • Maintain digital files, content libraries, and shared environments (e.g., SharePoint)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and keep initiatives moving forward

Execution & Responsiveness

  • Turn direction into action quickly and efficiently
  • Maintain a high level of responsiveness and reliability
  • Deliver work with accuracy and consistency
  • Follow through on tasks from start to completion

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, marketing administrative support, or campaign execution
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms, content tools (Canva, Adobe, etc), and scheduling tools
  • Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, CoPilot, etc.) to support execution
  • Experience with Google NotebookLM or similar AI research tools is a plus
  • Experience with Apollo.io is a plus
