Product Designer | Growth

This role focuses on shaping experiences that drive customer acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and revenue growth within a complex B2B fintech platform. You will design intuitive, user-centered solutions that balance business impact with usability, translating growth strategy into measurable outcomes. Working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and senior designers, you will own end-to-end growth-focused initiatives such as first-time use, feature discovery, in-product education, and upsell flows. This position offers the opportunity to influence high-stakes workflows, iterate in ambiguous problem spaces, and enhance the overall customer journey. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-moving, data-informed environment. Accountabilities

• Design and iterate on experiences that support acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and expansion
• Own growth-related initiatives, including first-time user experiences, feature discovery, in-product education, and upsell flows
• Translate growth hypotheses and product strategy into user-centered, measurable solutions
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define success metrics and ensure high-quality implementation
• Collaborate with senior designers to maintain design consistency and elevate craft while owning your work
• Advocate for professional users by incorporating research, customer feedback, and product data into designs
• Produce high-quality deliverables including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI
• Communicate design rationale and trade-offs clearly to cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements

• 4–7 years of product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating ownership, impact, and product thinking
• Experience designing for B2B or B2B2C products, ideally within SaaS, fintech, or complex professional platforms
• Proven experience designing for growth strategies such as onboarding, activation, retention, expansion, or monetization
• Strong interaction and visual design skills, with high proficiency in Figma
• Comfort working in ambiguous problem spaces, iterating based on feedback and data
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve workflows, enhance decision-making, or drive innovation
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and cross-functional partnership skills
• Familiarity with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, funnel analysis, cohort analysis) is a plus
• Exposure to regulated or high-trust environments (fintech, legal, healthcare) is advantageous
