Business Analyst/Data Modeler
You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical data architecture to drive integration and automation projects.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for data integration and automation.
- Design and develop data models for structured Customer, Product, and Usage records.
- Implement ETL solutions using Talend or similar platforms to load data into Redshift.
- Perform data profiling, validation, and quality assurance to resolve anomalies.
- Define data governance policies and standards to ensure security and compliance.
- Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize data workflows.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in data modeling and business analysis.
- Expertise in dimensional modeling and database design principles.
- Hands-on experience with ETL processes and tools like Talend.
- Proficiency in managing data integration within Redshift environments.
- Strong ability to perform data profiling and quality assurance.
- Experience maintaining data integrity across complex customer and product records.
- Ability to support ad-hoc data analysis and stakeholder reporting.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience designing data models for integrating data from 3rd party systems.
