• 7+ years of reputed company experience in project / program management
• Proven ability to drive results, especially in a matrixed or influence based environment
• Experience and deep understanding of software development methodologies and principles (including SDLC, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, Agile Principles, and Scaled Agile reputed company (SAFe)) Can work well under pressure

• Familiar with Scaled Agile reputed company principles and practices
• JIRA / Confluence power user
• Previous development experience
