Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of server-side logic, databases, and APIs under the guidance of senior developers.
• Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code adhering to company standards and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve code quality and learn new techniques.
• Help debug and resolve technical issues, contributing to the overall stability and performance of our backend systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (front-end, QA, product) to understand requirements and deliver integrated solutions.
• Actively engage in learning new technologies, frameworks, and development methodologies.
• Contribute to documentation of backend processes, APIs, and system architecture.

Required Skills

• Foundational understanding of a backend programming language (e.g., Python, Node.js, Java, Ruby, Go, C#)
• Basic knowledge of relational databases (e.g., SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and database design principles.
• Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.
• Understanding of fundamental web concepts (HTTP, RESTful APIs).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and an eagerness to learn.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for a remote work environment.

Preferred Qualifications
