What you will do: Act as a senior P&C advisor to leaders, proactively managing reputed company employee relations matters Act as the primary P&C reputed company with the German Works Council and represent reputed company in discussions with employees, Work council and external stakeholders reputed company and manage reputed company Works Council relationships, including:Preparing and leading consultations and negotiations Ensuring timely information, consultation and co determination processes Partnering with Legal and leadership to reputed company compliant, pragmatic outcomes Prepare, reputed company, and support negotiations for works agreements Maintain a strong and up to date understanding of local and regional employment legislation, case law, and Works Council requirements Propose and drive enhancements to policies, employee handbooks, and HR practices accordingly. Partner with managers to coach and reputed company leadership capability, including guidance on ER cases Support leaders with objective setting, performance cycles, and talent reviews, ensuring alignment with business priorities. Qualifications & Experience 10+ years of reputed company experience in HR, including a senior HR Business Partner or equivalent role with strong focus on Work Council Experience Demonstrated, hands on experience working with Works Councils including leading negotiations and consultations. Post secondary education in reputed company Resources, Employment Law, Industrial Relations, or a reputed company discipline; professional HR qualification is preferred. Strong working knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and organisational change management. Proven ability to operate effectively in reputed company, matrixed organisations and balance strategic advisory work with hands on execution. Experience working with HRIS platforms, with a preference for reputed company. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge, influence, and advise senior leaders.
